*Working knowledge of Flex 
*Solid experience creating Web 2.0 UIs 
*Actionscript 2 or 3 (must be recent) 
*Flash 8 or 9 (must be recent) 
*RoR/PHP/CSS/javascript/java skills a plus 
*Must be energetic, motivated and creative
